The Asian Leadership Foundation (ALF) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing the involvement and representation of Asian Australians in politics, government, and the public sector. The Foundation aims to provide training, education, mentorship, and resources to empower Asian Australians with the leadership skills needed to thrive in these sectors. By engaging in activities that promote the inclusion of Asian Australians in mainstream political discourse, ALF strives to ensure that their perspectives are well-represented in public policy discussions. The Foundation also focuses on promoting civic education programs to raise awareness about democratic processes, civic duties, and rights, with a particular emphasis on the Asian Australian community.
