The Asian Leadership Foundation (ALF) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening the participation and representation of Asian Australians in public life.
ALF works across politics, government, the public sector, and community service to build leadership capability through training, education, mentorship, and civic engagement. Our work supports Asian Australians to develop the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to contribute meaningfully to public decision-making.
By promoting civic education and participation, ALF seeks to ensure that diverse perspectives are reflected in Australia’s democratic institutions. We believe that inclusive leadership strengthens public trust, improves decision-making, and contributes to a more representative and resilient society.
